Our Mission
Women in Fintech was created to connect, encourage, and empower women at all stages of their careers. We host events in the Bay Area and Austin, TX that allow you to network with other community members, stay ahead of emerging trends in fintech and learn from the industry’s inspiring trailblazers.
We believe that the gender imbalance can only be solved by raising awareness among individuals of all genders. Our community and our events are open to everyone, and we’d love for you to join us!
We partner with companies year-round to bring an interesting mix of programming to our community in the Bay Area and Austin. We believe in facilitating a wide range of events that reflect the diversity of our members and their interests.

Sometimes you just need to roll up your sleeves and get things done — that’s why we’ve introduced workshops: to give our members the opportunity to try out new skills in an intimate and safe learning environment.
